Custom software development

CRMs, business tools, and websites that fit.

Your business needs a place to manage customers, keep accurate records, or bring in new inquiries. I design and build that software, from a focused website to the system your team uses every day.

AI implementation and managed hosting can be part of the project. You can also hire me to build the website or business software on its own.

Example workflow

From incoming invoices to inventory you can check.

A custom solution we can scope for your store: AI helps read invoice lines, while a shared inventory system keeps approved product matches and stock movements. Physical counts have a recorded quantity to compare against.

  1. 1

    Read the invoice

Extract supplier details, product codes, quantities, and pack sizes from purchased-goods invoices. Flag unclear fields for review.

  2. 2

    Match your product catalog

Use approved supplier SKU mappings to find the store item and its UPC. Confirm pack sizes and variants, and review unfamiliar items.

  3. 3

    Confirm and record stock movements

Confirm what actually arrived. Receipts, sales, returns, and approved adjustments update a shared inventory record.

  4. 4

    Compare physical counts

Compare counted stock with expected quantities. Review differences and keep a history of who changed each record and why.

A reliable record behind the AI.

  • Supplier codes are matched to approved catalog entries. Unknown matches need review before they are used.
  • An invoice alone does not confirm stock on the shelf. Receiving and ongoing sales or adjustments must be recorded too.

Privately hosted AI with Ollama is an option to evaluate against your sample invoices and hardware. Product mappings and stock quantities stay in the business database, with review and correction tools for your team.
